Morgantown police chief concerned about panhandlers; Public intoxication

Tuesday at Morgantown City Council, Morgantown Chief of Police Ed Preston was on hand to give council a presentation on the problems the city is facing when it comes to public intoxication and panhandlers.

Tuesday Upshur County Commission held a special meeting to make some adjustments to two important levies that will be on the ballot come election month.

The Morgantown community is still showing some concerns after last weeks murder that happened along High Street. But, what are some city officials saying about the incident?
