I joined the 5 News team in January of 2013 as the weekend meteorologist and reporter. I am very happy to call the Mountain State my home.

 

All over the map would be an understatement for me. I’ve worked in television markets in Michigan, Ohio, Nebraska, and now West Virginia. In that time, I’ve seen tornado outbreaks, blizzards, severe heat and bitter cold.

 

Born and raised in Michigan, I’m an avid sports fan and cheer on the Detroit Red Wings, Detroit Tigers and Green Bay Packers. I can’t wait to adopt WVU as my new favorite team, and I look forward to attending their games, especially football this fall! Besides sports, I love to hit the road and travel, including getting up close and personal with Mother Nature with storm chasing.

 

I attended Specs Howards School Of Media Arts in Southfield MI for Radio and Television. In 2010, I completed my Mississippi State Course work in Broadcast Meteorology.
