LEWIS COUNTY, W.Va. (WDTV) - UPDATE: 5 News has obtained Lena Lunsford's arrest affidavit. The affidavit can be found under the Related Documents section of this story.

ORIGINAL: 5 News has learned that on November 3, 2016, Lena Marie Lunsford was arrested in Pinellas County, Florida for “Death of a Child by a Parent by Child Abuse”.

She was charged for the death of her child, Aliayah Lunsford, who has been missing since September 24, 2011.

According to the Pinellas County, Florida clerk's office, Lena's registered address is in St. Petersburg.
