Buckhannon woman pleads guilty to having role in meth distribution

ELKINS, W.Va. (WDTV) -- A Buckhannon woman pleaded guilty Wednesday to conspiring to distributing methamphetamine.

According to the U.S. Attorney's Office in Elkins, 43-year-old Elizabeth Ellen Golden pleaded guilty to one count of “Conspiracy to Distribute Methamphetamine." Officials say the crime occurred from March 2016 to September 2017.

Golden faces 10 years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000.
