Fairmont W.Va. (WDTV)--- The Fairmont Soup Opera held it's third annual Coach purse bingo.

The Soup Opera held it largest fundraiser event of the year to help support the soup kitchen to continue feeding the homeless.

Community members paid for twenty to twenty five dollar tickets for twenty one rounds of bingo in hopes of winning a Coach or Michael Kors purse.

The Director of the Soup Opera, Sheila Tennant, really appreciates the support the kitchen receives from the community.

"It's wonderful to see so many people coming out in support of the Soup Opera, we've been operating in Fairmont for 34 years now and we not be able to do that without the support of the community and people coming out to help us," Tennant said.
