Eight people indicted for alleged heroin conspiracy, drug charges

CLARKSBURG, W.Va. (WDTV) -- Eight people have been indicted as part of a federal investigation into an alleged conspiracy to deliver heroin.

These indictments were unsealed Thursday. It's not clear at this time if they are related to the search warrant that was executed in East View this morning.

Chadley Claypool, 31, of Clarksburg, is charged with conspiracy to distribute heroin, 4 counts of distribution of heroin, aiding and abetting the distribution of heroin, distribution of fentanyl, and aiding and abetting the possession with intent to distribute heroin.

Ernest Claypool, Jr., 53, of Clarksburg, is charged with conspiracy to distribute heroin, conspiracy to distribute marijuana, 2 counts of aiding and abetting the distribution of marijuana, aiding and abetting the distribution of heroin, 2 counts of distribution of heroin, 2 counts of distribution of marijuana, aiding and abetting the possession with intent to distribute marijuana, aiding and abetting the possession of a firearm in furtherance of drug trafficking crime, maintaining drug-involved premises-aiding and abetting.

Kamesha Claypool, 23, of Clarksburg, is charged with conspiracy to distribute heroin, aiding and abetting the distribution of the controlled substance analogue cyclopropyl fentanyl, aiding and abetting the distribution of heroin, distribution of heroin, aiding and abetting the possession with intent to distribute heroin.

Jordan Conaway, 23, of Clarksburg, is charged with conspiracy to distribute heroin, distribution of fentanyl in proximity of a protected location, distribution of fentanyl, and distribution of cocaine base.

Colton Kallel, 21, of Clarksburg, is charged with conspiracy to distribute heroin, possession with the intent to distribute fentanyl, aiding and abetting the distribution of fentanyl in proximity of a protected location, and distribution of fentanyl.

Armand Taylor (AKA Scrap), 24, of Penn Hills, Pennsylvania, is charged with conspiracy to distribute heroin, 3 counts of distribution of heroin, distribution of cocaine base, and aiding and abetting the distribution of the controlled substance analogue cyclopropyl fentanyl.

Michelle Queen, 46, of Clarksburg, is charged with conspiracy to distribute heroin, conspiracy to distribute marijuana, 2 counts of aiding and abetting the distribution of marijuana, 4 counts of distribution of marijuana, 4 counts of distribution of heroin, aiding and abetting the possession with intent to distribute marijuana, aiding and abetting the possession of a firearm in furtherance of drug trafficking crime, maintaining drug-involved premises-aiding and abetting. aiding and abetting the distribution of heroin,

Zachary Queen, 25, of Clarksburg, is charged with conspiracy to distribute heroin, aiding and abetting the distribution of the controlled substance analogue cyclopropyl fentanyl, and aiding and abetting the distribution of heroin.
