Events at WVU Coliseum, CAC to cause parking, traffic changes Friday

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (WDTV) -- West Virginia University Arts and Entertainment says traffic is expected to be heavy Friday evening due to events at the WVU Coliseum and the WVU Creative Arts Center.

A sold-out performance of Moscow Ballet's "Great Russian Nutcracker" will be at the CAC at 7:30 p.m.

Also, the Migos will be in concert at 8:30 p.m. in the WVU Coliseum. Parking at the Coliseum will be available for $10 beginning at 4 p.m. University buses marked with the sign "Migos Concert Shuttle" will also provide transportation to and from the concert for WVU students.

No concert parking will be allowed at the Creative Arts Center.

No purses, backpacks or bags of any kind are allowed in the Colesium. Wristlets no larger than 9.5"x4.25" are allowed. Officials say all patrons at the Coliseum are subject to a search.

Tickets for the concert are available at the Mountainlair and CAC box offices, online at and by calling 304-293-7469 and 800-745-3000. Tickets will also be available at the Colesium's Gold Gate Box Office beginning at 5 p.m. Friday.
