Fire Marshals arrest one after couch burning over weekend

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (WDTV) -- One person was arrested over the weekend after Morgantown Fire Marshals say he set fire to a couch and other debris near a house on Willey Street.

20-year-old Thomas Blaise Holzbauer, of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, was arrested without incident and charged with malicious burning in the case.

The Morgantown Fire Department is reminding West Virginia University students and Morgantown residents to celebrate responsibly during the NCAA Tournament.
