FirstEnergy to present funds to Pierpont Community and Technical College

FAIRMONT, W.Va. (WDTV) -- Pierpont Community and Technical College is receiving $200,000 which will sustain and update program needs at the North Central Advanced Technology Center at the 1-79 High Tech Park.

The grant is from FirstEnergy which has partnered with the college and granted funds to it before.

Half of the $200,000 will be presented to the college in a ceremony on June 22 at 8:30 a.m. at the North Central Advanced Technology Center, located at 500 Galiher Drive in Fairmont. The other half is to be used next year.
