GRAFTON, W.Va. (WDTV) -- A Grafton man has pleaded guilty in the death of his roommate.

40-year-old Bryan Knorr appeared in Taylor County Circuit Court Tuesday, pleading guilty to felony delivery of heroin resulting in death charges.

Knorr is accused in the death of his roommate, 30-year-old Michael Gavitt. Knorr and Michael Plymale allegedly provided methamphetamine and heroin to Gavitt, and later found him unresponsive. An autopsy found that the drugs were the cause of death.

Charges of delivery, possession with intent to deliver and conspiracy against Knorr were dismissed at the hearing. A plea agreement between lawyers also allows Knorr to be a three-strikes-and-you're-out career offender.

Plymale faces delivery of methamphetamine, possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine and conspiracy charges.
