Hearing delayed for former Harrison County deputy

MONONGALIA COUNTY, W.Va. (WDTV) -- The hearing for a retired Harrison County Sheriff's Deputy accused of getting into a road rage incident caught on camera has been delayed.

According to court employees, William Sothen was scheduled to appear in Monongalia County Magistrate Court at 2:30 on Monday afternoon. The hearing has not been rescheduled.

The incident that happened back in August occurred on Van Voorhis Road in Morgantown, and rapidly spread on social media.
