Joshua Nicewarner pleads not guilty to all charges

HARRISON COUNTY, W.Va. (WDTV) - Former Bridgeport High School football coach Joshua Nicewarner has pleaded not guilty to several charges of misconduct.

Nicewarner appeared before a Harrison County judge Friday, to formerly be arraigned on three charges, including sexual abuse.

Earlier this month, a Harrison County Grand jury indicted Nicewarner on one count of sexual abuse by a parent, guardian or custodian or person in position of trust, one count of distribution of obscene matter and one count of soliciting a minor via computer.

The 34-year-old was arrested last summer after allegations that he used a computer to send a sexually inappropriate video to a 14-year-old female student, as well as asking for photos from the girl.

The trial for Nicewarner has been set for March 12th.
