WESTON, W.Va. (WDTV)- The Lewis County Grand Jury handed down indictments for 12 people Monday and one of them was Lena Lunsford for one count of murder of a child by parent, guardian, or custodian or other person by refusal or failure to provide necessities.

The other three counts she was indicted for are one count of the death of a child by a parent, guardian, or custodian or other person by child abuse, one count of child abuse resulting in injury, and one count of concealment of deceased human body.

Last November Lunsford was accused in the death of her three-year-old daughter Aliayah back in 2011. She allegedly struck Aliayah in the head with a solid object and Aliayah later died.
