Man arrested in Morgantown for malicious burning

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (WDTV) -- A Morgantown man has been charged with malicious burning.

The City of Morgantown says 25-year-old Jeremiah Alexander Westfall was charged after setting a mattress on fire at the intersection of Prospect and North Spruce Street at around 2 a.m. on August 10.

Westfall has been released on bond pending a hearing in late September.
