Michigan man pleads guilty to distributing drugs in Mon County

CLARKSBURG, W.Va. (WDTV) -- A Michigan man pled guilty in West Virginia to drug trafficking charges, the U.S. Attorney’s Office said Monday.

Officials say 25-year-old Wali “Black” Murphy of Detroit pled guilty to one count of “Distribution of Heroin” Monday. They say Murphy admitted to selling Heroin in Monongalia County in September 2016.

Murphy faces a maximum of 20 years of incarceration and a fine of up to $1 million.
