BRIDGEPORT, W.Va (WDTV)- The Morgantown Police Department is searching for a suspect that allegedly attempted to use counterfeit currency. Officials say the suspect fled after trying to use fake money at the Wings Ole’ on University Avenue. He reportedly ran out of the restaurant and got into the back seat of a four-door brown pickup truck. The suspect is described as a white male with short dark hair, and thin beard and goatee. The suspect also has distinctive tattoos on his chest and right arm. If you are able to identify the suspect, you are asked to call the Morgantown Police Department at 304-284-7522.

The search is still on for one suspect in Preston County for 26-year-old Kattie Bishoff. Bishoff is wanted for failure to appear in court following charges of Shoplifting, Domestic Battery and Obstructing. The suspect is 5’4 and 165 pounds. Bishoff has blonde hair and green eyes. Preston County officials have a felony warrant out for 66-year-old Clifford Dalton. Dalton is 6’2, 150 pounds with salt and pepper hair and blue eyes. He was last seen in Morgantown and the Bruceton Mills area. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Preston County Sheriff’s Office.
