Road work to cause evening traffic changes in downtown Morgantown

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (WDTV) -- Drivers in downtown Morgantown will face some delays and closures starting Wednesday.

According to the City of Morgantown, the Division of Highways will continue installing new traffic signals and pedestrian crossing systems at multiple intersections between Spruce Street, High Street, Pleasant Street and Willey Street from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. beginning November 1.

The project will cause some lane closures and delays on High Street and Spruce Street.

There is currently no end date for the project.
