HARRISON COUNTY, W.Va.(WDTV) -- Joshua Nicewarner appeared in court for a preliminary hearing Tuesday morning.
At the hearing, the state requested that Nicewarner's bond be modified so that he can not have unsupervised contact with a child under 18 years old, except for his children.
Nicewarner did not object to the modification, and it was granted.
He also waived his right to a preliminary hearing. The case will now move to circuit court.
