According to police, the man operating the dirt bike said the breaks went out, causing the accident.

The person flown to the hospital after a dirt bike accident is expected to be okay.

According to State Police, the victim suffered non-life threatening injuries.

One man was flown to the hospital after a dirt bike accident Sunday evening.

According to Harrison County 911 officials, it happened on Zeising Street in Spelter around 6:30 p.m.

Authorities said the man was not wearing a helmet at the time. There's no word on how the accident happened.
