Ribbon cutting to unveil new water tanks in Buckhannon

BUCKHANNON, W. Va. (WDTV)- The new water tank system in Buckhannon officially unveiled during a ribbon cutting ceremony, Thursday.

The system on Victoria Hill has been upgraded to a larger tank that can hold more than one million gallons of water. This adds 600,000 gallons to the city's capacity.

This project had been on the council's agenda and in the planning phase for quite some time.
