HARRISON COUNTY, W.Va (WDTV) - Murder charges against Warren Kip Hall, 49, will move to circuit court, after Hall waived his right to a probably cause hearing Thursday.

Hall, Daniel Claude Amsler, and Elizabeth Ladybird Jenkins were charged with the murder of Keyairy "Keya" Wilson, the Ohio woman whose body was found in a remote area of Barbour County April 1.

Jenkins had previously waived her right to a probable cause hearing, while Amsler requested a hearing last week.

All three cases now move to Harrison County Circuit Court.
