Third suspect in death of Ohio woman denied bail

CLARKSBURG, W.Va. (WDTV) -- Warren Kip Hall, one of three people charged in the murder of an Ohio woman, has been denied bail.

Citing the defendant's past criminal record and job ties out of state, Judge James Matish denied the defense's request for bond.

Hall, Daniel Amsler, and Elizabeth Ladybird Jenkins were charged with robbing and killing Keyairy Wilson, whose body was found in Barbour County April 1.

The three defendants were not indicted during the May grand jury term and remain in custody.
