BRIDGEPORT, W. Va. (WDTV) - The beginning of the week we see some effects of a low pressure south of us.

The low pressure and warm front are causing rainfall across the southern part of the United States. For the beginning of the week, we see light rain that will transition to snow staying in the southern part of the state, closer to the border between us and Kentucky. The track of the low pressure stays south of NCWV and won't affect our area until Tuesday.

The low pressure on Tuesday will be over the East coast bring in moisture into our area which will be snow.
