Weston man allegedly found asleep in his car with son and drugs

WESTON, W.Va. (WDTV)- A man from Weston is facing charges after allegedly sleeping in his car with his two-year old son and drugs there with him.

Police say Justin Kelley was asleep in the driver's seat near the intersection of Horse Run Road and Old Mill Road in Lewis County for around 45 minutes. There was allegedly a small container on the seat next to him with a pipe and vial of a white crystal substance in it.

Police say that as they took Kelley into custody they were told his two-year old was in the car. The son was taken to his grandmother's home.
