Glenville men's basketball coach, Stephen Dye, stepping down

GLENVILLE, W.Va. (WDTV) - ***Glenville State Release***

After nine seasons as Head Coach for the Men’s Pioneer Basketball Team, Stephen Dye will be stepping down immediately, announced Mr. Rusty Vineyard, GSC's Vice President of Student Life and Athletics.

"Glenville State thanks Coach Dye for his committed service and dedication to the program. We wish him nothing but the best and thank him for his efforts in a very demanding profession." Dye finishes his time at GSC with an overall win/loss record of 104-155 (.401) over nine seasons and an 8-21 record (.276) this past basketball season.

Assistant Coach Bill Lilly will serve as the Interim Head Coach while a national search is begun immediately.
