Event Description

The First Annual Jason Marchand Memorial Walk For Freedom, in honor of the ultimate sacrifice Jason made for our country, and in support of our troops still stationed overseas. The purpose of the 24-hour walkathon is to raise money for the Jason N. Marchand Memorial Scholarship Fund. The scholarship is to go to a worthy student from the Doddridge County Hight School near West Union, West Virginia, where Jason was a 2000 graduate.
