An ATV accident in Ritchie County turns deadly over the weekend.

State Police say it happened Sunday afternoon off of Route 7 in the Pullman area. A 17-year old girl was riding a four-wheeler when she lost control. The ATV rolled and pinned the teen under the vehicle. Her friends tried to pull it off her then went for help. When emergency crews arrived she had died from her injuries.

The girl was not wearing a helmet at the time of the accident. State Police are investigating.
