Sergeant Pat McCarty of the Sheriff's Department arrested William A. Boggs for the viscous stabbing of two people at the Hardees Restaurant on Route 19 back in 2005.

He was arraigned in Mason County and was brought back to be arraigned in front of Magistrate Mark Gorby.

Boggs is charged with two counts of first degree murder for reportedly stabbing and cutting Heather Conner, 24, and Michael Muller, 46.

The incident happened on January 23, 2005.

He's in jail with out bond and if convicted could face life behind bars.
