State Police arrest a former Doddridge County Sheriff's candidate for allegedly manufacturing marijuana.

Ralphie Waitman Dillon, 55, was reportedly growing the plants at his home in New Milton.

This afternoon State Police, the Doddridge County Sheriff's Department and the West Virginia National Guard tracked down seven plants with a helicopter and ground patrol.

Dillon is currently in the North Central Regional Jail on a $25,000 bond.

He ran for Doddridge County Sheriff in 2004.
