The Lewis County Grand Jury hands down 26 indictments during their November term.
Among them, a Weston man who allegedly robbed and beat a man with a hammer.
Eric Metz, 39, is indicted on charges of armed robbery, malicious wounding, and conspiracy.
Last May, police say he robbed a man for $20 and beat him several times in the head with a hammer.
Metz is also facing charges for conspiracy to commit murder against the same man he robbed, but that case was not presented during this term.
Metz was also indicted on burglary and petit larceny charges for a separate crime.
He remains in the Central Regional Jail.
