Fire Victim Identified

The man who was killed in an October 24th fire in Upshur County is identified.
Dallas Smith died in the fire that destroyed his trailer in Tenney's Mobile Home Park on the outskirts of Buckhannon.
The fire department was able to put the fire out in a timely manner, but Smith was trapped inside and they weren't able to get him out in time.
The fire is still under investigation by the state fire marshal.
