Reports of an arson at a home in Kingwood and a robbery along route 7 involve the same victim and he's in hot water with the authorities  The Preston County Prosecutor's Office says and arson reported earlier this week in the Westpointe community on Monday and a robbery along route 7 back in October involving a victim were both false reports.  The Prosecutor wants residents to know that no unknown persons were involved in committing either of these events.  State Police are still investigating the alleged arson adn the Sheriff's Department is looking into the alleged robbery.  Officials say charges are pending.
