A man facing a DUI with death charge out of Lewis County is a no show for court, and now police are working to track him down.
The grand jury indicted Justin Riggs, 26, of French Creek on Monday on charges of DUI causing death, child neglect resulting in injury, and possession precursor to methamphetamine.
Riggs didn't show up to his arraignment Friday morning, and Judge Thomas Keadle issued a bench warrant for his arrest.
Back in October of 2008, Riggs allegedly crashed his car into a tree and killed Samantha Chidester, who was a passenger.
Police say there was also a child in the car that wasn't in a car seat, and they also found chemicals used to make meth.
