'American Idol' Castoffs On Not Making the Final 12 Cut
Last night, Katelyn Epperly, Todrick Hall, Alex Lambert and Lilly Scott's dreams of "American Idol" glory were snuffed out, but the latest four eliminated from the competition maintain their optimism and tell ET that despite the circumstances, they will prevail!
"I think that getting kicked off early kind of saved my street cred," says Lilly, "so I think that I have a good chance of making my mark in the industry. I'm definitely really thankful for everything and I'm stoked for what's next. I'm not worried about it at all."
Katelyn admitted that she is "a little disappointed" in the fans for not voting to keep her on the show, but says, "The experience is like no other. You can't meet the people and work with the types of people that we've been able to work with anywhere else. I mean, top of the line."

CA Attorney General Investigating Prescription Drug Ring Linked to Corey Haim
The California Attorney General’s office said Friday that it is investigating a prescription drug ring linked to late actor Corey Haim.
According to the Attorney General, an unauthorized prescription in Haim's name was found during an investigation into fraudulent prescription pads ordered by a San Diego vendor. Authorities have not released when the prescription in Haim's name was found.
The ring operated by ordering prescription drug pads from authorized sources, but using stolen doctor identities, according to the Attorney General's office. The pads were either sold to prescription drug users, or to people who would then fill the prescription and sell them on the underground market, the Attorney General's office claims, saying that the doctors whose identities are stolen are usually not aware of it.

Kirstie Alley Makes Mark Weigh in!
Kirstie Alley holds nothing back on her new A&E reality series "Kirstie Alley's Big Life," premiering March 21 -- and the Emmy winner is equally candid about her weight with our own Mark Steines as he visits her Hollywood home.
"When you're irresponsible about eating, the biggest penalty is that you get fat," says Kirstie.
Kirstie's weight reached heights of almost 230 pounds at one point, and she says, "I really, honestly, can only speak for myself -- when I see other women weigh as much as I have gotten up to, I don't think it's pretty."

Former John Edwards Aide Not Going to Jail for Contempt
A judge ruled Friday that John Edwards' former aide, Andrew Young, was not in contempt of court for his explanation of how he'd handled certain items -- including an alleged Edwards sex tape -- sought by the ex-senator’s former mistress Rielle Hunter, says the Associated Press.
On Tuesday, Superior Court Judge Abraham Penn Jones had expressed interest in jailing Young and his wife Cheri for up to 75 days by holding them in contempt.
Hunter has sued Young for invasion of privacy, says the AP.

Paramedics Suspected Domestic Violence After Tiger Woods' Car Crash
According to a new report by the Florida Highway Patrol (FHP), police said paramedics stated that they wouldn't allow Tiger Woods' wife Elin Nordegren into the ambulance with Woods following his one-car crash last November because they suspected domestic violence. The report follows:
An officer on the scene said he didn't know where the paramedics had gotten their information from. The officer said he didn't hear anyone at the crash site make any mention of a domestic incident.
A second officer reported that he didn't hear Nordegren say anything about domestic violence, nor did he hear Woods speak at all, since the golf great was apparently fast asleep (and snoring) on the ground.

'Survivor''s Tom Westman Was Out Before He Was In!
"Survivor: Palau" fan favorite and winner Tom Westman didn't fare as well on "Survivor: Heroes vs. Villains." A member of the "Heroes" team, which has lost four out of five Immunity Challenges this season, he was sacrificed at this week's Tribal Council. Tom was eliminated with five out of seven votes cast against him, despite the fact that James Clement had blown out his knee during the Reward Challenge and is playing the game injured.
ET: You managed to stay one week longer than the tribe wanted, thanks to the Immunity Idol. Did you really have any hope this week that the tribe would vote for someone else to leave?
Tom Westman: I did. I was fighting. That noose kept getting thrown around my neck and I kept slipping out of it. I hoped I was going to pull something off. I needed JT to make that swing and come over. In the end, he was in that alliance, letting Amanda call all the shots. These are alliances that were made before we even got on the helicopter, so I was fighting an uphill battle.

Jessica Simpson: TMI?
Jessica Simpson has never been one to shy away from the press, often speaking her mind quite frankly about her love life -- and even her hygiene habits!
The singer revealed a very personal tidbit to iheartradio Thursday, saying, "I don't brush my teeth .. No, really! "I just use Listerine -- and sometimes I'll use my sweater," she chuckled.
While she seems perfectly fine detailing her own intimate moments, she expects discretion from her suitors. Just prior to the iheartradio interview, she said of ex John Mayer on David Letterman, "normally you would think that somebody you care about would keep those intimate details to himself..." in reference to his Playboy comments. "I mean, it was definitely a compliment, in a way, but I don't really want people to know that about me."

Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning Party Like Rock Stars at 'Runaways' Premiere
After co-starring in two 'Twilight' movies and 'The Runaways,' Kristen Stewart and Dakota Fanning have formed a close friendship similar to the bond that has held their characters, real-life bandmates Joan Jett and Cherie Currie, together for so many years.
Dakota told ET about her feelings toward Kristen, saying, "She's definitely become one of my best friends and she's an amazing girl." The kind words circulated at Thursday night's Los Angeles premiere of 'The Runaways.' Cherie revealed that "my knees buckled" upon finding out Dakota would be portraying her in the film.
Kristen hoped she played an accurate account of Joan and was mentored by the rocker throughout the process. "There's only so much that you can get from photos and footage online, just stuff that you can dig up. To really capture someone's essence, it's nothing that you can ever claim," she said modestly. "Joan is literally fire and she's one of the most dynamic people that I've ever met...I could sort of hide behind her and play a rock star."
