    The former "Dancing with the Stars" contestant surprised friends and family when she and fiancé Jay Tucker announced their intent to marry, but it was Niecy who got a surprise of her own when Jay pulled out her gorgeous engagement ring!

    "I cannot believe that God has been this kind that he would gift me this man," Niecy said. "I love you so much."

  • HTV: Kat Von D and Jesse James Hold Hands in L.A.

    Less than six weeks since his divorce from Oscar winner Sandra Bullock was finalized, Jesse James once more stepped out publicly with his new love, reality TV tattoo artist Kat Von D.

    In footage from Hollywood.tv, the couple proudly held hands as they departed celeb hotspot Urth Caffe amid shouts from paparazzi that ranged from, "Kat, I thought you said you could do better than that!" to "You guys look good together!"

    James has been all over the headlines since news broke in March that he had been unfaithful to Sandra during their five-year-long marriage.



  • Kelly Preston Shows off Baby Bump in Florida

    Pregnant Kelly Preston and hubby John Travolta paid a visit to Harry Potter's world over Labor Day weekend.

    The pair visited the Wizarding World of Harry Potter at the Universal Orlando Resort on Sunday, where they checked out magic wands at Ollivander's Wand Shop and drank Butterbeer at the Hog's Head Pub.

    The photo was taken a day before Travolta announced that that he would not continue to pursue an extortion case against two Bahamas individuals accused of attempting to extort money from him following the 2009 death of his son Jett.



  • Michael Douglas to Make 'Stand Up' Appearance

    Michael Douglas will make a noted appearance this week.

    ET confirms the actor will make an appearance on the "Stand Up To Cancer" telecast September 10.

    Douglas will join an impressive lineup of extraordinary lineup of actors, musicians, athletes and journalists participating in the "Stand Up To Cancer" television fundraising event -- which will broadcast over several networks including ABC, CBS, FOX, NBC and more.



  • Angelina Jolie: There Are Many Different Parts to the Needs in Pakistan

    UN "goodwill ambassador" Angelina Jolie is urging people to help those in need in Pakistan.

    "From what I understand this situation is on a scale that we've not really seen the likes of; it is on such a huge scale," the actress told the Associated Press. "It is an extraordinarily complex situation. It is not just the floods ... there have been three decades of Pakistanis hosting Afghani people, graciously, and there are still 1.7 million Afghan people here who have need particular to refugee needs. Their needs need to be addressed. There are people displaced by the floods ... all of their homes are washed away."

    She added: "Many of them lost their children during the floods, so there's irreparable damage. And then here we're in a situation where these people are displaced from conflict from the wars. So there are many different parts to the needs in Pakistan."

    Danielle Staub has said goodbye to the show after its second season."The reunion was Danielle's last appearance on "The Real Housewives of New Jersey," Andy told Bravo on Monday.

    During the explosive conclusion to last week's reunion episode, the cast recapped the major events of the last season.



  • Hulk Hogan Hospitalization Update


    Hulk Hogan sent fans a video message via Twitter from his hospital bed.

    The wrestling superstar was admitted to the emergency room at Morton Plant Hospital on Monday after suffering muscle spasms in his back, causing excruciating pain. He continues to update followers as he recovers near his home in Clearwater, Florida.

    Keeping him company is girlfriend Jennifer McDaniel. The two were watching "WWE Monday Night Raw" to stay entertained and pass time.



  • George Clooney's 'The American' was Big Money-Maker over Labor Day Weekend

    The top three movies at the box office over the long Labor Day weekend were neck and neck. But, it was 'The American' featuring George Clooney that prevailed, according to the Associated Press.

    Raking in $16.4 million this weekend, 'The American' was tops. Falling just short of the title was 'Machete,' taking in $14 million. Slightly behind was 'Takers,' which attracted $13.5 million in ticket sales.

    Fourth and fifth place were also very close calls. 'The Last Exorcism' won the number four spot by a slim margin with $8.8 million. Rounding out the top five with $8.6 million were Drew Barrymore and Justin Long in 'Going the Distance.'



  • John Travolta on Extortion Case: Time to Put this Matter Behind Us

    John Travolta is opening up to ET about the "heavy emotional toll" on his family that led him to decide not to continue pursuing the case against the two Bahamas individuals accused of attempting to extort money from him following the 2009 death of his son Jett.

    Travolta tells ET: “I am grateful and appreciative of the dedication, hard work and support provided by the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions and the Royal Bahamas Police Force while handling matters associated with the attempted extortion that targeted my family in January of 2009. 

    "Throughout the investigation and prosecution, my staff and I remained fully supportive of all requests for assistance from law enforcement representatives even though this cooperation was at a great emotional cost to my family. 



  • Charges Dismissed in John Travolta Bahamian Extortion Case

    Actor John Travolta opted to sit out Monday's court hearing in the Bahamas regarding the case of two people allegedly trying to extort money from him following the death of his teenage son in 2009.

    The judge dropped the charges against the two defendants after the prosecutor relayed a message from Travolta saying that he no longer wished to follow through with trying to reach a conviction, says the Associated Press.

    Following the January 2009 death of Travolta's son, the 16-year-old Jett, ambulance driver Tarino Lightbourne and his attorney, politician Pleasant Bridgewater, were suspected of threatening to release private information surrounding the boy's passing. The case was previously brought before a judge, but that resulted in a mistrial in October because a Bahamian lawmaker said that the jury had acquitted one of the defendants even though they were still in deliberation.



  • 'My Generation': Not the Life that They Imagined

    ET is first on the set of the much-buzzed-about new ABC series, "My Generation," that follows the lives of nine Y2K Texas high school students 10 years after graduation.

    There is the jock (Mehcad Brooks), the beauty queen (Jaime King), the punk (Kelli Garner), the nerd (Keir O'Donnell), the overachiever (Michael Stahl-David), the wallflower (Anne Son), the rock star (Sebastian Sozzi), the brain (Daniella Alonso), and the rich kid (Julian Morris) -- none of whose lives turned out the way they had hoped.

    So whatever happened to the jock -- Rolly Marks -- played by Mehcad?



  • 'The Doctor''s Travis Stork Tackles 'Project Unhealthy'

    Dr. Travis Stork does his own version of Morgan Spurlock's 'Super Size Me' experiment called "Project Unhealthy." And ET is on the set with the ER doc as he sounds the alarm for a nationwide wake-up call to good health.

    "I am a healthy person. I didn't even know what it felt like to be unhealthy," he tells ET. "The producers came to me and said, 'Dr. Stork, so many people in America suffer from obesity. You are an ER doctor, and you take care of these problems every day. Why don't you have your own Project Unhealthy to see what it is like to walk in their shoes?'"

    So, Travis did just that, giving up his healthy fruit and yogurt, veggie omelet and whole wheat bread lifestyle and joined the fast food nation.



  • Dr. Phil's Very Own Real Housewives Join the New Season

    Dr. Phil McGraw is about to launch his ninth season and he tells ET why he feels his show is more relevant now than ever!

    "Think of what is going on in America right now," he says. "We have got economic trouble. It affects so many people and it trickles down into marriage [and] parenting because of all the stress. We are meeting people where they are."

    One of the new features that Dr. Phil is excited about is the addition of "Dr. Phil's Housewives." He thinks that among the six women selected to take part, there will be someone that every woman in America will be able to identify with.



  • A 'Young and the Restless' Retro Wedding

    ET was exclusively on the set for the Romeo and Juliet wedding of "The Young and the Restless" star-crossed lovers Billy Abbott (Billy Miller) and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle).

    An homage to the '50s -- Victoria is a fan of "Father Knows Best" -- the wedding was shot on the front lawn of the house where "Leave it to Beaver" used to film, Victoria's dress is a replica of one worn by Audrey Hepburn in 1957's 'Funny Face,' and the couple are married by a Judge Anderson, played by none other than Elinor Donahue, best known as Betty Anderson on "Father Knows Best."

    "I think it's adorable, I really do," Elinor tells ET. "I think it's extremely well written and not overdone."
