A profession that requires knowledge of roller-skating has rolled into Morgantown.
Sonic officially opened at 6 A.M. this morning in the Suncrest Towne Center.
Customers can drive up, press red button and order.
The car-hops bring your food out on roller skates.
They serve breakfast and lunch all day long.
With the winter weather slowing the opening crowd, they expect things to heat up as the temperatures warm up.
"It seems like everyone's almost as excited as we are to bring this here. They're excited for us to come. So, hopefully once this winter weather breaks people will be able to get out of their houses and come and see us. We want to meet everyone in this community," said Sonic's Manager Tom Christopher.
If you don't like the car-hop atmosphere, they also drive-thru.
They're open from 6 A.M. to 11 P.M. on weekdays and until midnight on weekends.
