Charges Dropped Against FBI Police Officer

Criminal charges are dropped, against an FBI Police Officer accused of spying on teenage girls.
Back in December, Charles Hommema was convicted on an invasion of privacy charge, but acquitted on a conspiracy count after he was accused of focusing video cameras on girls changing clothes in a staging area at the Middletown Mall.
He appealed his conviction, and the Prosecution determined there wasn't enough evidence to retry him.
