Thornton Man Arrested on Sexual Abuse Charges

Ronald David "Dink" Carder, 53, is charged with three counts of first degree sexual abuse.
During the investigation with the Taylor County Sheriff's Department, Carder admitted to touching a 10-year-old girl's private area atleast three times while they were in a swimming pool.
An investigation is continuing in the case, and additional victims are being identified, according to the crimimal complaint.
Carder is being held in the Tygart Valley Regional Jail.
