A Harrison County jury finds a Pittsburgh man not guilty in the case of a downtown Clarksburg shootout.
Michael Burrows, 24, has been on trial since Tuesday, charged with wanton endangerment with a firearm.
The jury also had the option of finding Burrows guilty of a lesser included offense of brandishing.
Burrows and Abram Edison are accused of firing shots at each other during a gun battle in broad daylight, last November.
Burrows told the jury he didn't have a gun on him that day, and only had a cell phone.
A witness testified he saw a man that looked like Burrows cocking a gun and then throwing it in the river.
The jury took a little more than two hours to reach the not guilty verdict.
