UPDATE: Fire Breaks Out In Clarksburg Building

One man is arrested after allegedly setting a fire at the Koupal Towers in Clarksburg, Wednesday.
Alex Shaffer is charged with first degree arson. He's being held in the North Central Regional Jail on a $15,000 bond.
Fire crews were called to the scene around 10 p.m. for a fire on the first floor inside the building's library.
No one was hurt, and firefighters, along with a little help from the building's sprinklers, were able to put it out before it spread outside the library area.
