Man Pleads Guilty to Child Neglect Charge

A Barbour County man pleads guilty to child neglect resulting in serious bodily injury.
Royal Wayne Cale was sentenced to one to ten years in prison, but that was suspended pending successful completion of the Community Corrections Program.
Cale was driving drunk when he crashed his car earlier this year. A juvenile wasn't properly restrained in the car and was hurt.
