Kids love playing with toy trucks and helicopters, but seeing and being inside these giant vehicles is even better; and that is exactly what kids in the Morgantown area got to experience.
Kids climbed inside public service vehicles of all shapes and sizes, some were even allowed to pull and move levers.
This is all part of the first ever Touch-A-Truck event held at the WVU coliseum.
Event organizers said the community turnout is incredible.
"The entire police force is here, SWAT, fire trucks, just about any vehicle you could possibly think of. We got military, dairy trucks, everything," said Katie Martin, Touch-A-Truck Coordinator.
All of the proceeds collected at the event go to the WVU Cancer Center Comfort Fund which provides financial assistance to patients currently in the cancer center.
