Man Arrested for Malicious Assault

A man is arrested in Elkins, after allegedly beating another man with a gun.
Orlandis Funderburke, 41, is charged with malicious assault and brandishing a firearm, after an altercation in Elkins earlier this month.
Funderburke allegedly began arguing with a man, near Second Street, on January 19th. Funderburke then allegedly pulled out a gun and pointed it at the man, and then hit him twice in the side of the face.
He's currently in the Tygart Valley Regional Jail.
