FIRST ON 5 NEWS UPDATE: One in Jail After Alleged Assault with a Knife

Andrew Lee, 34, of Weston was arrested Monday night, after an alleged altercation in Buckhannon.
Around 5 o'clock Monday night police received a call about a possible stabbing on Bailey Ridge Road.
Lee allegedly went to a residence on that road, and got into a physical altercation with another man.
Witnesses told officers that Lee allegedly cut the victim in the abdomen with a knife.
The victim was taken to St. Joseph's Hospital in Buckhannon.
Lee is charged with malicious wounding and is being held at the Tygart Valley Regional Jail on $175,000.00 bond.
