Karilynn Galiotos joined the 5 News Team as a weekend reporter in August
2008, and she has since loved getting to know the folks of North Central
West Virginia.

Karilynn is currently a student at West Virginia University, pursuing a
degree in Broadcast Journalism with plans to graduate in May 2010.
During the week days you can find Karilynn diligently attending class or
working at the campus radio station, WWVU-FM/U-92 as the news director and a reporter.

She grew up in the small town of Evans City Pennsylvania, just north of
Pittsburgh. Besides reporting, Karilynn enjoys playing tennis, reading,
going to concerts and cheering on the Mountaineers. She also loves her
family, friends and dog, Molly.
