Alex is part of the morning crew here at WDTV as the daybreak and noon meteorologist.  Prior to March of 2010, he was the weekend meteorologist and reporter in Barbour, Upshur and Randolph counties. 

Originally from Littleton, Colorado, Alex started at WDTV in March of 2008 and he absolutely loves north central West Virginia and the people of the Mountain State. 

Alex graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2004 with a degree in Climatology and Atmospheric & Oceanic Sciences.  Prior to joining the WDTV team, he worked at WHBF in Rock Island, Illinois and KLJB/INN in Davenport, Iowa

When he is not sky-gazing, Alex enjoys spending time with his fiance and cheering on every Denver-area sports teams...especially the Broncos and Nuggets!
