Lewis County Doctor is indicted in Federal Court on 44 prescription drug related charges, but he only pleads guilty to one of those charges.

Dr. Michael Gregory plead guilty to count five of the indictment, and admitted to writing Hydrocodone pills to a woman who he wasn't treating at the time.

Investigators say, while he was working for Stonewall Jackson Memorial Hospital in Weston there were several incidents back in 2003 and 2004.

He apparently would write the script, put it in his car, then the woman would take and fill it.

Judge Irene Keeley accepted his plea, will set sentencing sometime in the next three months.

Some indictment charges including Gregory writing prescriptions for controlled substances for people he never met in exchange for sexual relationships.

Those accusations weren't part of the guilty plea.
