A WVU graduate returns home today to be awarded with the school's highest honor.

Seth Gaines was on hand in his hometown of Elkins today to be awarded the Order of Augusta from Mayor Judy Guye and Senator Clark Barnes. This award was given to only 8 WVU graduates this year for their excellence in academics, campus leadership and public service. Gaines is currently living in London while working as an intern in the House of Parliament.

Gaines will move back home in September and plans on attending graduate school.
