After two days of deliberation the jury finds Ronald Arbogast,46, guilty on 12 sex related crimes.

Arbogast is convicted of four counts of third degree sexual assault, four counts of sexual abuse by a parent, and four counts of incest.

In Tuesday's testimony he denied ever having sex with the fourteen year old girl, but Wednesday afternoon jurors sided with Harrison County Assistant Prosecutor James Armstrong.

Judge Jim Matish set sentencing for October 24-th.

Back in November he forced the girl to have sex with him, and now he could face the rest of his life behind bars.
