Heated controversy took center stage at the start of the Upshur County Commission meeting this morning. Folks from Rock Cave, along with a Dominion representative, went back and forth at the meeting to try and figure out why gas bills in the area are sometimes twice as high as they have been in the past. Both parties eventually came together to bring a peaceful end to what was a heated start to the meeting. Now, folks in Rock Cave want to remind everyone to check over every detail of your utility bills before sending out a check.
